- He won trophies for both countries and clubs he played for.
- He has excellent team coordination skills and agility and action.
- He has dominated three different European leagues.
Why Not?
- Other players such as Pelé have high scoring percentages as well (1,282 goals in 1,366 games).
- There isn't a single criteria that determines the best soccer player. It is a combination of skill, adaptability, team and trophies, consistency, individual awards/records, big game performances, etc.
